We take care of the renovation of furniture, the laundry service and the purchase of everything necessary for the stays.

We integrate into our team a technical office managed by architects and building engineers specialised in luxury residential construction projects, with which we analyse the current state of the properties and propose improvements that provide an increase in the income generated through rental activities, in the energy efficiency and in the value of the properties. We undertake full and partial renovation projects, the management of planning & building permissions and the execution of the works.
